Step 1: negotiate with the other party and sort things out.

Step 2: if negotiation fails (step 1), we can help you take the next step in recovering your money by sending Letter of Demand.

Step 3: if letter of demand (step 2) fails, we can then issue notice on the court proceedings and carry your case through until the judgement.

Step 4: If the other party is not capable to repay you as per the judgement, then we can consider other measures to recover the debt such as property seizure, selling real estate, an order for a percentage of their wages to be given to you or bankruptcy proceedings.
